Ingredients and Condiments
1. Sliced smoked duck breast 1 piece
2. Ripe mango, diced 1/2 cup
3. Chili, 3 colors, diced, 1/3 cup
4. Onion, diced 1/4 cup
5. Minced garlic 1 tsp.
6. Mint leaves 1 tbsp.
7. 2 tablespoons of olive oil
8. 2 teaspoons of salt
9. Pepper 1 tsp.
10. 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
Cooking Method:
- Mix lemon juice, salt, pepper, olive oil, stir well. Add minced garlic, onion, 3 color peppers, ripe mango, mint leaves, mix well and put on a plate.
- Put the smoked duck breast in the pan until fragrant, set aside until cool, then slice into thin slices as needed.
- Serve on top of toasted salsa.
