Ingredients and Condiments
- Roast duck, thinly sliced 120 g
- Onion, thinly sliced, 50 g
- Tomatoes, gutted, cut into small pieces 50 g
- Spring onions, chopped 25 g
- Celery, cut into pieces 25 g.
- Lemon (water) 45 g
- 40 g of fish sauce
- 30 grams of granulated sugar
- 12 g chopped paprika
- 8 g minced garlic
- Lettuce or lettuce to garnish dishes
Cooking Method:
- Mix fish sauce, lemon juice, sugar together and add chopped chili and garlic.
- Add sliced roasted duck meat and mix well, then add onion, tomato, spring onion and celery and mix gently again.
- Serve it on a plate and try it with lettuce.
