Ingredients and Condiments
1. German duck calf 1 calf
2. 5 kaffir lime leaves
3. 3-4 bunches of Thai chili peppers
4. Crispy Flour 4 tbsp.
5. Khua Kling curry paste 2 teaspoons
6. Oyster oil 1 tbsp.
7. 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
8. Seasoning sauce 1/2 tsp.
9. 2 teaspoons of sugar
10. 1/2 teaspoon fish sauce
11. Vegetable oil

Cooking Method:
1. Thaw the German duck leg and shred it into pieces.
2. Mix German duck leg, tossed in crispy fried dough and fry for 2-3 minutes. Take it out of the pan and set aside
3. Add vegetable oil to the pan, heat over low heat, stir fry curry paste until fragrant, season with oyster sauce, light soy sauce, seasoning sauce, fish sauce and sugar, then stir together.
4. Put German duck leg on the pan, mix well and ladle on a plate.
