Ingredients and Condiments
1. Smoked Duck Breast
2. Lettuce (Lettuce, Cabbage)
3. Caesar Salad Sauce
4. Parmesan Cheese
5. Krutong Bread
6. Boiled corn kernels
7. Sliced Queen Tomatoes
8. Cashews
9. Crispy Flour
10. Ground black pepper
Cooking Method:
1. Peel smoked duck breast skin and cut into cubes.
2. Cut the skin into small strips. Tossed in crispy fried dough (dry) and fry in a pan until crispy.
3. Mix lettuce with Caesar sauce and put on a plate.
4. Add cubes duck breast meat, corn, cashew nuts, tomatoes, croutons and crispy duck skin.
5. Grate parmesan cheese and sprinkle with ground black pepper.
