Ingredients and Condiments
1. Smoked Duck Breast
2. Fish sauce 1 1/2 tsp.
3. Sugar 1 tbsp.
4. 1-2 lemons
5. Cayenne pepper
6. Roasted Rice
7. Shallots
8. Sliced parsley
9. Spring Onions
10. Peppermint
11. Soup or water
Cooking Method:
1. Thaw and slice smoked duck breast into thin pieces. Put in a pan or pot and heat it up.
2. Add lemon juice, soup or water.
3. Add roasted rice, cayenne pepper, sliced shallots, spring onions, parsley, mint, and mix well.
4. Ladle on the plates and serve.
