1. Peel smoked duck breast skin and cut into cubes.
2. Cut the skin into small strips. Tossed in crispy fried dough (dry) and fry in a pan until crispy.
3. Mix lettuce with Caesar sauce and put on a plate.
4. Add cubes duck breast meat, corn, cashew nuts, tomatoes, croutons and crispy duck skin.
5. Grate parmesan cheese and sprinkle with ground black pepper.
