1. Heat water until boiling, add coriander roots + fish sauce + seasoning powder.
2. Add stewed duck legs and keep warm for 1-2 minutes.
3. Scoop the stewed duck legs into a bowl.
4. Add bird's eye chilli + coriander + saw-leaf coriander + spring onion + lime into the boiled water.
5. Pour over the stewed duck legs and serve.
